Joshua S. Patrick
Joshua S. Patrick practices primarily in the areas of civil rights, commercial litigation, and personal injury litigation, appearing regularly in both state and federal courts.
Josh’s practice encompasses a diverse area of legal matters, ranging from representing the interests of the victims of police misconduct, deliberate indifference to the medical needs of incarcerated individuals, and false arrests to complex commercial disputes.
His practice has also included a number of wrongful death actions, for which he is a tireless advocate with an exacting eye for detail. Before joining Gregory E. Kulis & Associates, Josh served at a boutique litigation firm where he tried numerous cases to successful verdict and worked with some of the most accomplished and tenacious trial attorneys in Chicago.
In this capacity, Josh was instrumental in obtaining awards of over one million dollars in jury verdicts, arbitration awards, and settlements on behalf of his clients.
Josh is a 2010 graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a member of the school’s renowned Moot Court Advocacy Board, twice recognized as a national moot court semifinalist, and the Membership Director of the school’s chapter of the American Constitution Society.
